If three workouts feel like too much to start, begin with just one per week to ease into the habit. As you get comfortable, add a second, then a third, until you’re consistently working out three times a week for the best results.

To save money while adding variety, you can definitely attend both group sessions and have private sessions with Anna. Plus, you can also purchase recorded courses that focus on specific issues like posture. This will only enhance your health, so we fully support this approach! The most important is to stay consistent !

  • Yes, absolutely! Clients can discuss their specific needs and preferences based on their life circumstances with Anna. If you need to shorten or extend the duration of your sessions, just let her know. For example, one of clients trains with Anna for just 20 minutes every day, even though our standard sessions are an hour, 3-4 times a week. We can adjust the training approach according to your preferences. With Anna’s extensive experience, she can teach you not only stretching but also barre and Pilates to incorporate various methods in your workouts. Everything is designed to ensure you feel maximum enjoyment and satisfaction from your training, as that’s Anna’s main philosophy!
